Vahap Kavlak is a seasoned angler with impressive achievements in various fishing competitions, including Tuna Master Teos, Tunamaster Alaçatı, and Bigfish Çeşme.
For the past 25 years, Vahap has been fishing in the Adana Yumurtalık region, and for the last three years, he has expanded his operations to İzmir’s Sığacık during the summer months.
As a commercial fisherman for the past nine years, Vahap runs his own charters—Monsterfishing Tour in Adana and Balıkçılarklübü in İzmir. In İzmir, he primarily focuses on tuna fishing tours, while in Adana, he offers seasonal fishing trips targeting all types of Mediterranean species.
Vahap is recognized as a pioneer in jig fishing in his region and is highly skilled in both jigging and trolling techniques. His passion lies in catching fish that offer a strong fight, with grouper being his favorite due to its challenging and rewarding nature.
